Aesthetica Film Festival 2016, York

Aesthetica Short Film Festival is growing in strength and York noticably comes alive with creative visitors. I start each morning with a strong coffee then wrap up warm ready to explore the city and see a HUGE variety of the best short films. I’m not sure if it is physically possible to see everything but I try to pack them in. Below are some of my favourite ones, as always I’m drawn to documentary, comedy, drama and a bit of animation. It’s nice to keep a list and revisit ASFF blog posts to remind myself of some brilliant films.
