Great British Innovation Vote
The Science Museum, London
We were asked to create a website for the Great British Innovation Vote, part of National Science and Engineering Week and the Great British Campaign. The site was used to generate a buzz for the project as well as provide a secure area for votes to be submitted. The Science Museum server recorded over 90,000 unique visitors in the space of two weeks, along with its largest ever number of visitors at one time. 50,000 votes were cast securely through the site, ensuring the success of the campaign.
Maraid showed great enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the project. They came up with creative ideas, showed attention to detail and have the all-important ability to just get things done. It was a demanding project with multiple stakeholders and they managed to keep on budget and schedule despite being thrown a few last minute challenges. Overall the project was a resounding success: innovation endorsements from the Prime Minister to Stephen Fry; national press coverage, amazing Twitter uptake, 50,000 votes cast and over 90,000 unique visitors in the space of two weeks. Thank you, Maraid!
